Rise and Thrive - 12 Week Program​​

Rise and Thrive is more than a workout plan—it’s a full wellness experience designed to help you build strength, lose fat, and create healthy habits that last.

With 30-minute strength workouts, weekly Zoom check-ins, and simple nutrition guidance, you’ll get the support and structure you need to stay consistent. But that’s just the start.

 

Each week, you’ll also focus on:

    •    Habit-building goals to shift your mindset and create a healthier routine

    •    Daily activity prompts to keep you moving and energized between workouts

    •    Mindset & motivation tools to help you stay focused, even on tough days

 

You’ll need: Dumbbells, a bench or sturdy chair, and a commitment to yourself.

Perfect for: Women who are ready to stop starting over and finally build a sustainable lifestyle.
